Homemade Pâtés

French style pâtés are served cold as a first course or appetizer with fresh baguettes or hearty European style bread. Thyme And Again has a selection of homemade pâtés sure to please any gourmet. They are made with the finest ingredients and are perfect for parties and small gatherings.

  • Chicken Liver Pâté with Porcini Mushrooms

A smooth spread with chicken livers, butter and cream, marsala wine and porcini mushrooms

  • Country-Style Pâté

A hearty country-style recipe of pork with green peppercorns, and hints of cognac

  • Chicken Pâté with Tarragon (light)

This has all the flavor but few of the calories of a traditional French country pâté

  • Rillettes (Pork or Goose)

Rillettes are somewhat similar to pâtés but meatier. Traditionally they are made with pork or goose, but they are also excellent with duck or rabbit

  • Salmon Rillettes

A lighter and more contemporary version with salmon, lemon juice and chives

  • Tricolore Vegetable Pâté (light)

Baked white bean, red pepper, feta cheese and pesto layers, served cold with a light vinaigrette

  • German Liver Pâté

Different from the better known French pâté. Does not contain garlic and has a smoother texture
